Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receiving the order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The small tag on the product must not be removed.


How to Return:
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 14 days from the date of receiving the order to initiate a return.
Provide the order details, including your name and order number.
To complete your return, we require an image of the product to verify its condition.
Once your return is approved, carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the tag intact.


Return Shipping Fee:

Please note that a return shipping fee of 50 EGP will be deducted from your refund.


Non-returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Used, worn, or damaged products
  • Items that have had the tags removed


We do not offer refunds on any promotional offers, discounts, or special deals. All sales made under offers are final.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if the item does not meet the return policy requirements.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
